While every effort is made to deliver garments on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed in such cases.

Stain removal is carried out with utmost care; however, complete removal of all stains is not guaranteed, especially for old or stubborn stains.

In the event of a refund, the disputed item may be retained by Wet & Dry Laundry.
Free reprocessing is offered in case of verified quality issues.
This program may be offered as a promotional benefit and may apply only to selected orders or payment methods.
The garment value refers to the processing cost after applicable discounts, as per the invoice.
All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Complaints raised after this period will not be eligible.
